The article presents the results of development of models and algorithms of calculation of technical devices intended to reduce the vibration impact of the working medium on the piping of reciprocating compressor units. Models differ in that they contain the information structure of a piston compressor, the working medium, the physical properties of gases and allow via algorithms presented in this article automate the calculation of the design characteristics buffer capacities and diaphragms smoothing the pulsation of the working medium. Using the developed models and algorithms will allow to reduce expenses on designing systems for pipeline binding of reciprocating compressor units and will contribute to improving the quality of their expert assessment in the period of operation.

Association of checks is conducted under incomplete information concerning reactions of the faulty device. Properties of optimum ordered sequence of checks in the test are formulated. Heuristic checks ordering algorithms are offered.

Currently an enormous number of databases on inorganic substances and materials properties exist that contains multidirectional information. The article is devoted to questions of accumulated data usage to find out regularities by means of pattern recognition methods that allow predicting formation of not synthesized substances and estimating its properties.

This article describes a software package for the large‑block construction of ships technological processes modeling for the possibility determination purpose of the production program and search «bottlenecks». Developed software package designed to create simulation models covering plant enlargement and saturation blocks, slipways production in shipbuilding companies and holding them for complex experiments. The tasks to be solved by using a complex, as well as tools of the initial data, the formation of a simulation model are described. There are ways to specify the experimental conditions provided to the user via the user interface. Some computational problems and conditions that affects on simulation results are rewied.

The complex processes simulation, some dynamic characteristics of which are necessary to test not only in time but also in space, it is impossible without the use of topographical information pro‑ viding models and precise positioning of all test points to complex spatial objects on the Earth’s sur‑ face. The easiest task, which is solved by using computational geometry methods, is the definition of the object area. However, recognition of the items appearing in the modeling process belong to the list of these objects — is a dynamic task for which solving there are no universal methods. The problems of modeling tools create a decision support system for management of the budget for computer processing characteristics of the budget, expressed in the form of logical structures of natural language and representation of linguistic variables. Automaton constructed economic and mathematical models to solve the problem of generation of chains, which give qualitative assessment of the revenues and expenditures, as well as their recognition in a given formal grammar.

This paper discusses the factors that are defining for the of human capital level. The study is based on time series. The regression function are represented for the main factors of human capital. In the future, these regressions used to predict the human development index. Some dependencies provide the possibility of scientific prediction; the time period makes it possible to verify. The functions typology is performed on the basis of regression types and determination coefficients. Some factors considered for groups of countries that use the same social model. The paper discusses the Continental and Scandinavian social model.
