Information management organizing features in service company environment are discussed. In terms of small business information management that can be interpreted both as in a broad and in a narrow sense is an important specificity due to the role and place of the owner in the control system. The features of information management in a small software business are identified.

IT education development technology based on standardized curricula at the international level is discussed. The analysis of the current state of international standards for training programs for bachelor’s and master’s degrees in information technology as well as recommendations on the use of foreign experience in the development of domestic IT-education system are given.

The conference was held at the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics (CMC) of Moscow M. V. Lomonosov State University. Issues discussed covered the areas of methodology and methodological provision of IT education, e-learning technology and modern IT in education, educational resources and best practices of IT education, scientific software in education and science.

Each of approaches to developing programming curriculum has its merits and demerits. This research examines the problem of input text on mobile devices with touch screen by people with visual disabilities. Existing methods analyzed and a new solution is suggested. The mathematical model of the input method is examined. The results of a comparative testing of the proposed method and the best of the existing input methods are presented.
