The publication is meant to hold Russian scien¬tists Aksel Berg and Leonid Kreismer in remembran¬ce. They were the pioneers of the Russian cyberne-tics who had made a valuable contribution to its de¬velopment. Many concepts developed by them have become the foundation of the modern theory of information.
