The Competition was initiated by the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) in cooperation with Oracle and held under the aegis of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science. The decision to hold the competition was made after the most pressing applications-related issues and the most wanted technology characteristics had been comprehensively analyzed. They are a helping hand in the students' job seeking process.
