The paper offers the method of selection the most appropriate software for resolving the organizational departments problems. It describes the five steps on the way to introduction of information system: business-process analysis, establishing software requirements, IT-market researching, development of software introduction project and analysis of its effectiveness. The methods are the functional (SADT) and object-oriented (UML) modeling, qualimetry method, balanced scorecard (BSC) and key performance indicator (KPI).

Nanotechnology development in Russia is limited to the lack of effective project management methods available to reduce barriers in the transition from research to production of nano-products. It causes relevance of a problem of developing new approaches that take into account peculiarities of projects and project management in this field. This article describes one such approach, using a project management organization for integrated adaptable model.

The paper presents the results of information flow analysis needed for state accounting and control of nuclear materials and radioactive wastes, and data of initial registration of waste storage points with a view to integrating them into the system. To solve the system analysis problems functional models IDEF0, data flow model DFD and database design models IDEF1X have been built.

However, they are rarely used by mathematical economists while formulating experiments based on economic processes simulations. The theoretical model and numerical method are proposed for research of thermal and mechanical actions of radiation fluxes of various physical natures on thin-walled multilayered aircraft constructions. The finite — difference scheme of the second order of accuracy for temporary and to spatial variables is used for numerical integration of the movement equations of orthotropic shell having variable thickness and uneven heating. Results of calculations obtained by the author in the developed software system are given.

This article discusses the possibility of using MS Excel to solve linear programming problems. The problem is formulated as a problem of business entity value management. This reduces the problem to the maximization of the total cash flow of the company by providing control inputs to the partial cash flows which determine the need and possibility of using this tool.
