The possibility of using the process approach to the construction of a project management system as discussed. The processes of project management and the basic stages of realization of the process approach are determined. Examples of models of project management processes are given. The article discusses the advantages of the project approach in relation to project management.

An error in the business process goal setting leads to its incorrect analysis, miscalculation in the formation of the requirements for the projected IT system. In this paper we systematize the terms: a goal, a task and a requirement, that it is essential for the proper business process investigation. We also formulate a method for determining process goals, describe a way of identifying the require- ments by the analyses of the processes product and of the mode of process execution.

In this article the analysis of features of information exchange between the elements of ground control complex for spacecraft constellation is carried out. Problem points both technical and organization character is revealed. The automation of information exchange options were suggested, their description and comparative analysis are given, as well as the issues of their implementation related. The information exchange options have been implemented in planning unit. Obtained results showed that usage of the information exchange options improve the spacecraft constellation control efficiency.
