Informatization of control for spacecraft constellationIn this article considers issues related to increasing efficiency of control for spacecrafts with resource restrictions on the basis of the developed automated information system. Problem domain of control for spacecrafts researched. The role of planning authority in conflict-free use of shared control facilities for spacecrafts with increasing constellation and growing load on facilities shows. Analysis of interaction with subscribers planning authority performed, scheme of interaction constructed. The requirements for a developed automated information system of distribution of control facilities for spacecrafts are formulated on the basis of the analysis of problem domain. The methods of an information exchange planning authority with subscribers are offered, their description and comparative analysis are given. Brief description of special software of developed automated information system is resulted. When using this automated system possibility of occurrence conflict situations is completely eliminated.

Connecting the ground spacecraft constellation control unitsIn this article the analysis of features of information exchange between the elements of ground control complex for spacecraft constellation is carried out. Problem points both technical and organization character is revealed. The automation of information exchange options were suggested, their description and comparative analysis are given, as well as the issues of their implementation related. The information exchange options have been implemented in planning unit. Obtained results showed that usage of the information exchange options improve the spacecraft constellation control efficiency.

Visual and sound notification program for spacecraft constellation control systemIssues of notification specialists of planning authority of the occurrence of events to be response
timely are considered. The program of visual and sound notification for specialists of writing information
to database is developed to increase the efficiency of distribution of control facilities for spacecrafts.
Description of process of generation messages of the occurrence of events is resulted. It is
shown that messages propagates by Oracle Advanced Queuing. Application of this feature to solve
the task is considered. Description of client part of developed program to listen queue and to display
received messages with sound signal is given.
It is noted that under the conditions of increasing spacecraft constellation, which leading to rising
load on specialists of planning authority, timely response to various events influence on the efficiency
of the constellation control. Distinctive features of task to notification specialists of such structures as
scheduling and planning authorities involved in the control of spacecraft constellation singled out. So
targeting of solving task with a small number of persons notifies are noted.
It is shown that event the receipt of information in the database can be considered as completion
of a one operation and beginning of another. It is noted that an indication of the presence of raw
data exists in the previously developed programs. Description of developed program of visual and
sound notification for specialists of writing information to database is adduced. The implementation
of program is considered. Issues of generation messages of writing information in the database and
enqueuing them by the Oracle Advanced Queuing is covered. The process of dequeuing message
is described. Displaying data from received messages is considered. The possibility of transition to
the processing received data directly from the notification is noted. The tools to implement these features
are adduced. The possibility of notification settings for each user is noted.

Modeling of the situation of allocation control facilities for spacecraftsSpacecrafts constellation increasing and using few-point its control technology cause increasing
workload of both control facilities and planning department, which allocates these facilities. It is necessary
to timely predict of the situation of allocation control facilities for spacecrafts to compensate
these factors. The factors influenced on evaluated parameters of the situation of allocation control facilities
for spacecrafts and their influence are analyzed. The main parameters of the situation are discussed.
It is shown that the workload of planning department depends a lot from a number of conflicts
during allocation control facilities for spacecrafts. The model of prediction workload of planning department
was developed and implemented in MatLAB. The description of its unites is given. A series
of model experiments was performed. Some numeric probabilistic characteristics of workload of
planning department were obtained. So, the number of conflicts increasing progressively during increasing
the number of spacecrafts. The largest number of conflicts is observed at the least number
of control facilities. Note that the number of conflicts can vary significantly for the same number of
spacecrafts and control facilities. However, the trend of progressive growth of the number of conflicts
during increasing the number of spacecrafts is still preserved. In general case, the probability density
of the number of conflicts tends to the normal distribution law.
