This paper deals with the issues of the automated systems historical data accumulation as well as data processing and analysis for scheduling and maintenance of the system. A method of collection of historical data, providing the possibility to store detailed information about all the changes of the stored information is suggested, the main advantages and disadvantages of this method are described. In this paper proposed hypothetical software model designed to solve the task of optimal control of mobile robots. Feature of the proposed model is that the behavior of the generator can automatically find the mobile robot control law without the need to build a fully detailed representation of the environment. Because of this property, a behavior generator can operate mobile robot within undefined and unpredictable environments.
