The article formalizes a methodology for constructing a complex accounting system in bank. The article examines methodological and organizational aspects of automated (computer) structure of accounting in banks.

This work represents a links markets research in the Russian-language segment of the Internet, and also offers a mathematical model to simulate the webmaster's income. Commentary 

The article is a summary of the conference «Information systems for innovative higher education institutions — 2009». The conference was arranged by I. T. Company jointly with Microsoft Corporation and The Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. The most significant reports and the exhibited innovative solutions for colleges are highlighted.

In this article the basic methodological problems connected with introduction of information systems for support of planning on the enterprises of communication are considered. Ways of overcoming of such problems are specified. The comparative analysis of two information systems most widespread in the market is given.

In work position of graphilogy in the modern world is considered and the technology of synthesis of persons psychological portrait by handwriting, based on known neurophysiologycal models of a retina of an eye is offered. This technology simulating mechanisms of biological systems sight, in particular, by division and operative interaction of the local visual analyzer functions, a level of the fragmentary analysis and a level of the logic analysis.

In this article considered features and offered methods for display of ecological monitoring data: in the form of a trend and an ecological map. Here is shown the visualization of modeling results of emergencies on object and at transportation in the form of ecological map with use of various normalization parameters. It is shown, that the basic role in display of the information is played by software in use, presence of electronic cards of district or an opportunity to create them, system's structure and designated purpose.

The recognition problem of any hand-written symbol is difficult with the big a number of features. But this task represents significant practical interest, as creation of effective recognition algorithm would allow, in particular, save time for record of the information from the documents on the computer, having excluded from this system of the man. In the given work the program is created which capable to scan from graphic file symbols of the certain group — figure from zero up to nine. Then there is a preservation of the information in a textual file.

This article is devoted to the problem of management of the industrial enterprise. Suggested a mathematical model of a dynamic financial and production management of the enterprise and more complicated model that has a presumption that the volume of financial assets arriving on the enterprise is not known in advance, and represents a stochastic process.

There is a complex of the problems connected with compiling of transport schedule varying in time and the presence routes generality in the conditions of intensity magnification in work of a city and suburban transport. Optimum on speed algorithms of passage from one schedule with equal intervals to another, and also algorithms of compiling of optimum train schedules in a case when one route is a part of another are offered.

Mathematical methods and tools used for development of digital spatial models of municipal territories covering the activities of services which provide functioning of municipal systems are proposed. Such models include: graphic vector and raster images of objects of various purpose with detailed elaboration sufficient for their visual identification; elements of the equipment of municipal systems; attributive data bases for storage of symbolical and digital information on objects of the model providing realization of the mechanism of transactions with use of topological connections.

Investigation of traffic accidents is a difficult task, because it is necessary to reconstruct the accident in terms of quality (creating a schematic model) and in terms of quantitative parameters of the accident. Three-dimensional modeling allows to accomplish this task more conveniently and quickly.

One of the purposes of this article is to help museum workers and developers in an optimum choice of technologies for the implementation of tasks in view. The reconstruction of space of a museum in itself is not the purpose of virtual museum's creation. The main purpose is to grant to the user the possibility to independently get acquainted with collections of a museum and its interiors, and to receive any necessary accompanying information.
