In this article considered features and offered methods for display of ecological monitoring data: in the form of a trend and an ecological map. Here is shown the visualization of modeling results of emergencies on object and at transportation in the form of ecological map with use of various normalization parameters. It is shown, that the basic role in display of the information is played by software in use, presence of electronic cards of district or an opportunity to create them, system's structure and designated purpose.

The recognition problem of any hand-written symbol is difficult with the big a number of features. But this task represents significant practical interest, as creation of effective recognition algorithm would allow, in particular, save time for record of the information from the documents on the computer, having excluded from this system of the man. In the given work the program is created which capable to scan from graphic file symbols of the certain group — figure from zero up to nine. Then there is a preservation of the information in a textual file.

Mathematical methods and tools used for development of digital spatial models of municipal territories covering the activities of services which provide functioning of municipal systems are proposed. Such models include: graphic vector and raster images of objects of various purpose with detailed elaboration sufficient for their visual identification; elements of the equipment of municipal systems; attributive data bases for storage of symbolical and digital information on objects of the model providing realization of the mechanism of transactions with use of topological connections.

Investigation of traffic accidents is a difficult task, because it is necessary to reconstruct the accident in terms of quality (creating a schematic model) and in terms of quantitative parameters of the accident. Three-dimensional modeling allows to accomplish this task more conveniently and quickly.
