In article the questions connected with optimization of consumption of the Internet traffic and increase of an overall performance of the Internet channel are considered, management problems by information resources and their protection, main principles and concepts, a technique of stage-by-stage reduction of expenses for the Internet traffic and the losses of working hours connected with no-purpose use of a network the Internet, on an example of a scientifically-educational network of NSC SB RAS are described.

Classification of computer languages has a crucial importance for educating new generations of Computer Scientists and Information Technology specialists. The article presents some experience with classification of computer languages, programming paradigms and programming contest problems. It also analyses perspectives of ontological and semantic approaches to computer languages classification that are under development with support of grant № 08-01-00 899-a of Russian Basic research Foundation.

This article focuses on methods of training students specializing in applied informatics in economy to build up skills of posting and promoting websites in the Internet. The back¬ground of emergence of New economy in the Internet, the types of the most popular economic relations and means of their implementation are briefly described. An example of case-study of II Module of Internet Economy is given. Case-studies are used as methodology.

On 27-29 September 2009 the Moscow President Hotel hosted another conference of the World «ONLINE EDUCA» system. Since 2007, the event is held in Moscow, and an international conference «MOSCOW Education Online» has become a landmark event in the life of the educational community that attracts annually the attention of leading experts and professionals in distance and electronic education. The leitmotif of the last forum was the need to move e-learning from extreme training method to an ordered system with appropriate legal and methodological support.

Decompilation is a difficult problem in reverse engineering. Data type reconstruction (reconstruction of data types basic types like int, unsigned short and composite types like structures, array, array of structures, etc) is an important part of decompilation. The current paper presents several methods for data type reconstruction. One of the presented methods was im¬plemented in the TyDec decompiler being developed by the authors.

The investigation of consumption with the help of multidimensional scaling involves scientific value and practical interest. In this research work there are presented: basic theoretical sending of metrical multidimensional scaling and the analysis of consumption practice of people in Samara within the situation of structural changes of market by methods of metrical multidimensional scaling. The objects of examination are population groups which have differences in age and in income level of one family member in a month. The difference is presented with the help of the indices, reflecting the scale of correspondence of each consuming practice for society of consumption. Using the facilities of SPSS, there were estimated the positions of stimulus of theoretical space of latent factors. The objects of this research work are presented in two-dimensional scaling space.

This work is devoted to development of the virtual Internet-enterprises on the basis of multi-agent approach, capable to give, for example, services on loading file content. The multi-agent system consists of some «intellectual» information web-agents, taking the information from various sources and uniting it in a single whole.

Intensive growth of the processors power, bringing to nothing many traditional cryptographic decisions, stimulates development of new principles of coding. Application of the dynamic determined chaos theory is one of alternative approaches here. In this work two algorithms of the information coding on the basis of the determined chaos are developed and investigated. As the generator of chaos it is used Lorentz attractor. Optimum parameters of coding are found.

The methods of constructing the kategoring models of complex objects on the basis of inductive logical conclusion are given. The practical application questions of models data in the analytical systems are examined.

Russia supercomputing conference presentations gave unambiguous answer to the question given in the paper title — the progress of supercomputers and high performance computing is the precondition of Russia general progress as a modern state. The President of Russia D. A. Medvedev more than once accentuated this fact in his public speeches and practically all conference reports and presentations spoke about this important circumstance.

In given article the analysis of the open software which can substitute proprietary programs at universities and research laboratories is carried out. The special attention is given to office (OpenOffice.org, AbiWord, Gnumeric and a number of others) and mathematical (Scilab, Maxima, Octave, etc.) applications. References to official sites of all programs mentioned in article, and also references to descriptions in Russian and English languages ofmentioned free programs are presented.

The experts representing Russian companies «Aladdin», «Positive Technologies)), «Kaspersky's Laboratory)) and «Soft-faks» have taken part in meeting and have told about various threats, trapping Internet users, and also ways of protection against these threats.

Both current trends of digital libraries development and Open Access to Research Initiative are creating a new challenge: «living» documents or «liquid publications». In this article we discuss phenomen of «living» document, related technical requirements to get benefits from using «living» documents in mass research practice and its implementation as a set of the Socionet system's online services.
