Development of decision-making system for the value-based company management problem under uncertainty condition

This article discusses problems how to manage companies with aim of creating value for the shareholders with a key factor of management success being the selection of the optimal development strategy. In this paper we propose mathematical methods for solving problem how to build a strategy that will deliver correct management decisions taking into account external macroeconomic constraints, and a company's internal restrictions on the amount of resources and the positive effects of implementing the solutions.
