Transborder transfering of personal data: law enforcement problems

The issues of personal data protection are being widely discussed inside authority and busi¬ness institutes as well as by individuals. Lack of legitimate basis and officially approved recommendations for law enforcement procedures are causing unsatisfactory situation in this field. In particular data operators are experiencing serious problems with personal data transborder transferring. The legal foundation of this activity is discussed.
