Codification for information exchange
Assigning a stable, valid throughout the life cycle object a code can significantly simplify information
exchange both in global communities and within a domain. The article describes the methods of
codification, based on the ontological representation of the domain, on the example of Education and
the Stock Market. Two modules of software need the object’s identification: Core components, or master
data, and roles. Unambiguous identification for core components is necessary to link data about objects
used in different domains or application in order to aggregate core component’s attributes. With
the use of codification systems, it becomes possible to compare similar objects from different systems,
as well as create conditions for the application with future technology as the system of distributed
registry blockchain where the identification of an object has a key role. In the digital economy
there are significant changes in the «Role» module — the count of process participants significantly
expands: suppliers, consumers, and other actors. Some part of transactions can be performed by digital
devices. Identification in this case becomes an important element of business processes. Separate
groups of business process actions require a different level of identification. This understanding of the
identification infrastructure involves all stakeholders into a secure environment creation.

Data models patterns in the digital economy
Information exchange is the basis for the development of the digital economy. It is based on infrastructure
that will be a provider of up-to-date data on basic objects and dictionaries for transactions
with these objects. Currently, a large number of projects and initiatives are being implemented
in the digital economy. Information assets are a key factor of development in all spheres of social and
economic activity of the digital economy. The digital economy requires a purposeful work with data
where all information exchange participants should be involved: ministries, departments, companies
and other organizations. The paper shows the principles by which you can build an agreed policy in
the data field, in particular by using data model templates. This article is based on the Russian and international
experience in creating an information eGov infrastructure for delivery of government and
corporate e-services. The article uses the experience of creating a such infrastructure in the public sector
of the European Union, the United States, and the corporate sector.
The article describes the main approaches to creating data templates in a digital economy. The use
of templates will allow you to quickly create models, easily read them, avoid global errors at the operational
level of management. The templates will allow the coordinate policy in the goal-setting level,
linking the individual strategies at the upper level management.

Data preparation for information exchangeThe organization of information exchange in active data production is one of the main tasks of
the digital economy. Many economic institutions, such as the Rosstat, the Federal Tax Service, the
Central Bank of Russia have become data aggregators, whose work is based on industrial methods of
data consuming and data production. Main part of the data traffic today refers to the financial content.
Information modeling includes four classes of objects involved in the performance of economic processes:
physical assets, financial assets, intangible assets and people. The paper shows the methods of
information modeling, based on a meaningful perception of socio-economic processes that will allow
to extend this ideology to other categories of objects.
Information circulation is organized through the exchange through the central hub. The paper considers
the option of data warehouse on the ontology basis, as a tool for bringing together management
and information technology points of view. The organization of information exchange between systems
through a central hub implies correct overlay data located in different sources. To solve this problem,
a Data Vault storage model was used. There are various techniques for implementing this model, and
the ontology variant was used in the work. The standard version assumes the solution of the existing
tasks of the application and does not take into account the adequacy the data model and the domain.
The article describes the features of the data preparation phase for loading into the ontology based
data warehouse. The composition of data preparation operations in this case differs from the standard
approach, since it involves checking the relevance of individual constituent elements of the ontology
hierarchy. The paper describes a tool for checking the relevance of data describing individual objects
and transactions. The ontological representation of the domain allows to organize a through connection
between the formalized reflection of the domain and the exchange data model.
