The frame approach for systematization computational models of power supply

In an article written based on the report on the X-th International Scientific and Practical Conference «Object Systems — 2015» (Rostov-on-Don) describing the approach to design database structures and reflection the computational models in the ‘’meter-to-cash systems’’. In this article to presenting a new definition of the concept of «calculation model». In an article, describe the basic properties of object-relational of computational models, and proposing a model of the database structure meter-tocash systems in power retail companies. The hierarchy is based on a relationships makes it easy to describe such a model mathematically to form the terms of reference for the development of meter-to-cash systems. The proposed approach of the author of the structural and parametric synthesis of technical systems power supply to consumers in the retail electricity market allows formalizing the various functional elements according to this system. This approach shows how the various of connection, the catalogs and tables, to form the computational model, which describes the electric power system in the physical sense. Presented in the article the way of formalizing the concept of «calculation model» provides the theoretical foundations of the development of methodology for the design, development and maintenance of information systems of the subjects of the retail electricity market.

The mathematical models and algorithms of operational control for equipment TPP

This treatise about the developing a mathematical model and algorithm selection to pick a set of measures for the ascertainment of a specific technical and economic regime TPP equipment in real-time using a formal mode. The formal task was: to develop mathematical models and algorithms that allow a formal way to select a set of activities used to select a certain technical and economic regime for a TPP management system in real time. To select the arrangement that are used for solving problems of choice regime of equipment was built instrument based on the use of abstract logic and AND/OR graph. The conversion Karnaugh maps into AND/OR-graph helps to divide decision parent task into subsidiary tasks, which is demonstrable for decision-makers. As a result, an algorithm for processing three generalized scenarios was proposed, which is implemented by an information system for aggregating and analyzing technical and economic indicators and in which it is possible to implement such an algorithm. The use of such an approach will reduce costs for expensive experts, distribute responsibilities, enable operational personnel of TPPs to accumulate, edit and aggregate the knowledge of various specialists, leading to improved quality of production and financial planning of generating companies.

Application of an ontological approach to the problems of energy consumption data exchange

The article describes the technical concept of organizing data exchange between a specialized settlement center that carries out billing of consumed heat energy, and an energy sales company that supplies heat energy to industrial enterprises, government agencies and the population. The article describes the features of the technical problem of data exchange, which determine the parameters of mathematical models for calculating the volumes and costs of consumed energy resources, and then reviews approaches to solving this class of problems. To solve the technical problem, the features of the data preparation stage for the initial data exchange were formalized and schemes for organizing a regular data flow based on an ontological data model were proposed. The originality of the proposed approach was expressed in the definition of classes and their properties for concepts reflecting sets of information about the parameters of energy supply facilities, parameters for calculating volumes, prices and costs of energy resources, which made it possible, using an ontology editor, to form graphically formalized semantics, which became the basis for the formation of rules data processing for information exchange. The concepts of the ontological model were related to each other by sets of classified predicates, the use of which was illustrated by examples of descriptive logic queries. The implemented data exchange process based on the ontological model is illustrated with a data flow diagram. The ontological approach to solving the described problem made it possible to organize an end-to-end connection between the formalized reflection of the calculation models required for billing and the exchange data model, which made it possible to balance and comply with management and information technology requirements for this procedure.
