Using fuzzy models when choosing the information systems acquisition mode

The article concerns various ways of information systems acquisition. The authors investigate opportunities of using the service oriented approach for IT-architecture constructing. They apply fuzzy sets to account for the uncertainty arising when selecting IT-services within a service oriented architecture.
