Determining the appropriate number of tutors is one of the crucial tasks while creating an organizational environment for distance learning services institutions. An approach based on queuing theory models together with a software application as an implementation tool is suggested.

Structural and technological features of the Krasnoyarsk V. I. Surikov art museum website are described. The website is based on electronic help system of the museum fine arts collection which is considered to be the largest to the east of the Urals.
